Appointment Confirmation & Preparation
- You will receive a confirmation message with your appointment date, time, and location. Please ensure you are available at the scheduled time.
- A valid photo ID is required for all services. Please have it ready at the time of collection.
- If fasting is required for your test (such as glucose or lipid panels), do not eat or drink anything except water for 8-12 hours before your appointment.
- Stay hydrated! Drinking plenty of water before a blood draw can help with the collection process.
- For urine drug testing, please avoid excessive fluid intake right before your test to prevent diluted samples.
What to Expect During Your Appointment
- A certified phlebotomist will arrive at your location and verify your identity.
- The collection process typically takes 10-15 minutes, but additional time may be needed for specialty tests.
- All samples will be handled with care and promptly transported to a certified laboratory for processing.
After Your Appointment
- You may resume normal activities unless instructed otherwise by your healthcare provider.
- If you experience any bruising, apply a cold compress and keep the area elevated.
- Test results will be sent to your provider or directly to you based on the service requested. Turnaround times vary by test type.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
